*Fatmaa is the grande dame of the Three Palms Arabians breeding program. She was bred by Gunther Maiworm (breeder of *Orashan) and imported from Germany in 1982 as a yearling. Her fraternal grandsire, Hadban Enzahi "Kamel", was head stallion at Marbach Stud and extremely influential in European Egyptian pedigrees. With an intense concentration of EAO bloodlines, *Fatmaa is an elegant example of classic type and breathtaking beauty. She is a well balanced, athletic mare possessing a very deep chest, strong hip, excellent legs and a suspended trot. *Fatmaa is Saklawiya Jedraniya Ibn Sudan in strain and exemplifies beauty and refinement to the extreme. She traces to the dam line Ghazieh I through the Bint Radia family of the Samira branch.
