Arabian Horse Association Region 12 Youth Jamboree
The AHA Region 12 2006 Youth Jamboree was held at Wills Park Equestrian Center in Alpharetta, Georgia June 21st through 23rd and a Class "A" All Arabian Junior Exhibitor Show as well as an Unrated Show for Jamboree Clinic participants concluded the week's activities.
With a multitude of clinics and seminars offered, including mounted as well as unmounted sessions, it was a fun filled week for Savannah Palm. Participating with her Morab (half Morgan/half Arab) mare, Wild Irish Rose, Savannah tested her skill in Hunter Pleasure and Equitation clinics as well as Working Hunter courses. She also showed in Dressage and Sport Horse in Hand and Under Saddle classes.
With the Georgia temperature reaching the triple digit mark, it challenged the rider's horse management knowledge. Rosie's care was paramount. Plenty of fresh, cool water was available at all times and when not working she was in her stall, relaxing by the fan.
