A Successful Show For Three Palms Arabians

Gunnar, Savannah and Reserve Champion Citadel Shahin. The first weekend in November, Three Palms Arabians traveled to the T. Ed Garrison Arena at Clemson University for the Region 12 Western Carolina Arabian Horse Association Class A Show.

With a show string of five young horses four years old and under, Three Palms Arabians participated in a multitude of classes, both in hand and under saddle.

Citadel Baashana (Imperial Baarez x Imperial Orashana), ridden and handled by M.K. Marshall, placed fifth in Arabian Sport Horse Under Saddle - Novice Horse and Arabian Sport Horse in Hand Mares 3 Years and Over.

Citadel Savanaah (Thee Desperado x Matrabbs Melody), handled by Gunnar Palm, placed sixth in Arabian Sport Horse in Hand Mares 3 Years and Over and Purebred Mares 4 Years and Over.

Citadel Shahin (Ansata Ibn Jamila x *Fatmaa), handled by Gunnar Palm, took the blue ribbon in Arabian Sport Horse in Hand 2 Years and Under, then went on to win the Reserve Championship in Arabian Sport Horse in Hand Stallions. This was indeed a great accomplishment for such a young horse considering the competition consisted of older, more seasoned contenders. Never before has Shahin been shown in the sport horse discipline.

Citadel Al Malhouz (Jabbaar ElHalimaar MH x Matrabbs Melody) competed in both the Purebred Weanling Colts/Geldings and Purebred Futurity - Weanling Colts (May-October) classes. Al Malhouz placed second in the respective classes. He went on to capture the Reserve Championship in the Purebred Futurity - Weanling Colts. Gunnar Palm was the handler.

Citadel Bahilas Amira (Thee Desperado x Imperial Orashana), bred by Three Palms Arabians and owned by Scott Baldwin and Ellen Lee, was shown by her owner Scott Baldwin in Purebred Weanling Fillies and Purebred Futurity - Weanling Fillies (January-April) and placed fifth in both classes.

Three Palms Arabians is located in Rembert, South Carolina and breeds only straight Egyptian Arabian horses for halter, performance and endurance. Young stock available for your consideration.
